Hello,The method Alistair mentioned has worked well for me too...the only thing to take note of is if your recording had handouts (File Pod) or other interactive elements you will most likely lose them...

Hey e-slinger,You are 100% correct. Adobe Connect recordings typically retain their interactivity, but once converted to FLV or MP4, they become standard video files with no interactive elements.
